We are certified Body Stress Release (BSR) practitioners and welcome you by appointment in Trois Mares, in the municipality of Le Tampon.
We support people who feel the need for a deeper release — when the body and nervous system need more than just a moment of relaxation.
Our approach is simple: to support the body in a respectful way, without forcing, and to encourage a gradual release of accumulated stress.

Our approach
Body Stress Release is an individual process: each person responds differently, and the body releases in layers, according to its own priorities.
This is why we prefer to work within a clear framework:
- a minimum of 3 sessions to begin
- a review afterwards
- and a rhythm that is adjusted to your own process
We do not try to force a result.
We offer a serious, calm, and respectful framework in which the body can gradually release what it is ready to let go of.
