Each person experiences Body Stress Release in their own way.

Here are a number of client experiences drawn from previous years of practice. They offer a more human and practical sense of how some people have experienced the process over a series of sessions.

These shared experiences do not replace medical advice, and they do not mean that everyone will experience Body Stress Release in the same way. They simply offer a glimpse of what some people have noticed and appreciated in their own process.

Sometimes people begin with one “main complaint”, only to find that the process unfolds a little differently than expected. Other layers may come to the surface, the body may respond in its own order, and some complaints may fade so gradually that people only later realise how much has changed.

Some of these experiences come from previous years of practice, before the opening of Body Stress Release Réunion. Local reviews on Réunion will be added gradually over time.


Stress, tension, and relief

“After 6 treatments I felt like a different person.”

This client came during a period of very high stress, with pain and tension in the neck, back, and shoulders. Other support had not brought relief, and there was some initial scepticism about Body Stress Release.

What stood out very quickly was not only the reduction in pain, but the feeling that the body was no longer holding stress in the same way. After 6 or 7 appointments, the client described really feeling the difference. What the client describes is not the complete disappearance of fatigue, but a very meaningful shift: shorter recovery periods, more energy, less pain in the hip and back, and a much stronger sense of wellbeing overall.
