Who is this for?

When you feel that your body and nervous system need more than just a moment of relaxation.

Body Stress Release may be relevant for you if you are experiencing, for example:

  • stress, mental overload, or nervous fatigue
  • ongoing tension in the neck, shoulders, or back
  • restless sleep or difficulty switching off
  • a need for regular body–mind maintenance
  • the feeling of being “stuck” despite your efforts

What is Body Stress Release?

Body Stress Release (BSR) is a gentle approach that helps the body release accumulated stress tension.

It is not about forcing the body, nor about chasing an immediate result at all costs. BSR works by accompanying the body in a respectful way, according to its own rhythm and priorities.

Respectful: nothing is forced
Individual: each body responds in its own way
Progressive: change is often best observed over several sessions

Why a minimum of 3 sessions?

Because one session is often not enough to clearly observe how the body is responding.

Sometimes a lot shifts quickly. Sometimes the process begins more subtly, more internally, before it becomes more visible in the original complaint.

After 3 sessions, we usually have enough information to make a clear assessment and define the most appropriate rhythm: maintenance, deeper work, or time for integration.

Each person is different — the aim is to observe how your body responds over several sessions.

What you may notice

This varies from person to person, but some people may notice things such as:

  • a greater sense of calm or inner space
  • freer breathing
  • deeper or more restorative sleep
  • release in unexpected areas
  • emotions rising and then settling
  • sometimes little visible “external” change at first, with a gradual inner shift unfolding over time

What happens during a session?

A session usually lasts 30 to 45 minutes.

We begin with a short welcome, then gently support the body’s release process in a respectful way, without forcing anything.

The process then continues through integration — sometimes immediately, sometimes over the following days.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is this a quick fix?

No. Body Stress Release is a process. We begin with a minimum of 3 sessions so we can observe how the body responds and adjust from there.

What if I don’t feel “anything” after the first session?

That can happen. The body may begin in a more subtle way. Change is often easier to recognise over several sessions.

What if a lot releases at once?

That can happen too. We support the integration process and adapt the rhythm if needed.

How often should I come?

Often every 1 to 2 weeks at the beginning, followed by integration pauses depending on your body and your schedule.

What happens after the first 3 sessions?

We review together and decide on the most appropriate next step: maintenance, deeper work, or a more spaced-out rhythm.
