The Initial Body Stress Release Path (3 Sessions)

Body Stress Release (BSR) is an individual process: the body releases stress in layers, at its own pace.
To observe a more reliable direction of change, we begin with a minimum of 3 sessions, and then we review together to adjust what comes next.

What is Body Stress Release (BSR)?

Body Stress Release is a gentle wellness-based approach that helps the body release accumulated stress tension.

It is not about forcing the body or chasing an immediate result at all costs. BSR supports the body–mind system in a respectful way, helping it move towards progressive release and better integration.

It is not a quick fix: the body releases in layers, and each person moves at their own pace.

Respectful: nothing is forced, the body is supported
Individual: each body responds in its own way
Progressive: change is often best understood over several sessions

Why a minimum of 3 sessions?

Because one session is often not enough to clearly observe how the body is responding.

Sometimes a lot is released quickly. Sometimes the process begins in a subtler, more internal way before becoming more visible in the body or in the original complaint.

Over 3 sessions, it becomes easier to observe a pattern. We can then make a clearer assessment and define the most appropriate rhythm for you.

A personal process

Each person experiences this process differently.

Some people notice a very clear change within 3 sessions, even after years of tension. Others first notice something more subtle: a sense of calm, or an inner shift that is difficult to explain at first — before it becomes more clearly visible in the body.

The aim is not to force a result, but to support the body’s own intelligence and rhythm.

What happens during a session?

A session usually lasts 30 to 45 minutes.

We begin with a short welcome, and then gently and respectfully support the body’s release process, without forcing anything.

The process then continues through integration — sometimes immediately, sometimes over the following days.

Practical information

Clothing: you keep your clothes on. Avoid very stiff clothing (for example jeans) — comfortable clothing is ideal.
Comfort: the room is air-conditioned. With the climate here, it is best to arrive feeling fresh if possible.
Hydration: drinking enough water before and after the session may support the integration process.

Recommended rhythm

For the initial path, we generally recommend 1 session per week for 3 weeks.

After that, depending on your review and your own experience, the rhythm is adjusted: often every 2 weeks, and later sometimes once a month.

A small recommendation

At the beginning of the path, if possible, allow yourself a little rest after the session and avoid intense physical effort on the same day.

On-site sessions (depending on the setting)

Sessions take place mainly in the south of the island (Saint-Pierre / Le Tampon area).

On-site sessions are possible in some cases, for example for companies, half-day formats, or when several sessions are organised within a structured setting.

A serious and respectful framework

BSR is part of a wellness and support-based approach.

If you are receiving medical care, rehabilitation, or have a particular situation to take into account, we always adapt with care and common sense, and we encourage everyone to stay in touch with the health professionals supporting them.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need to “feel something” at every session?

Not necessarily. Changes can be visible or subtle, and are often easier to understand over several sessions.

Can I exercise afterwards?

If possible, avoid intense effort immediately afterwards — especially during the first 3 sessions — and prioritise rest and hydration.
